    You are right. But most of the home maker thinks that she is doing more work regularly from Morning till evening and is sufficient for body and no extra care is required. Most fails to understand that wellbeing is combination of Mental and physical ie Body mind an soul. Only when we spend sometime exclusively thinking about us , brief exercise or yoga helps. Even few min of meditation helps a lot.We should talk more and more about this.
