    I can totally relate to what you're going through with post-COVID weight gain. After recovering, I noticed some weight gain myself, and I’ve been working on getting back into shape.One thing that’s really helped me is incorporating walking into my daily routine. I try to walk consistently every day, and I’ve found that taking a walk after meals, especially dinner really helps. Another key thing I’ve been focusing on is not overeating. I lost 5 kgs by doing just this last year. It might take time, but consistency is key. I hope this helps, and I wish you the best on your journey!
