Dry Eyes and Headache because of that
Yes more screentime is the main cause. It cause dryness as well as reduce the natural fluid of eyes.. the same happens with me also.. for that i also favour lubricating eye drops like itone.. But now i will also try warm compress as i read in other feedbacks
