Dry Eyes and Headache because of that
The eye drops for dryness is basically an artificial tear which, as far as my understanding goes, has to be administered life long.A warm compress is simply applying warm heat to eyes. Soak a clean cloth in warm water and apply the cloth to the eyes. It gives a good relief.

Dryness in eyes is a lifestyle problem, and as you rightly said, because of prolonged screen time. Apart from other things you mentioned, you can try Warm Compresses. That works wonders.I am not a big fan of using eye drops, until unless there is no other option left, because once you start using eye drops, it generally has to be used lifelong.
