That is great to know that you have managed to control diabetes with diet and exercise.For those who have never exercised starting small should be 5-7 min post every meal slowly increasing to max of 10 min.Too much exercise can cause rebound hyperglycaemia--the fall in sugar level post exercise is so much that body pulls out sugar or glucose from stored reserves and it reflects as increased sugars on checking .so moderation is always the key
