I have been suffering acidity related issues for a long time. For example, I would have heartburn sensation as soon as I lie down on bed or suffer from sore throat every now and then.
Tried taking antacids, but they work only in the moment. I also tried doing some stretching excercise on daily basis, but it does not seem to help much with actidity in particular.
I am looking for suggestion from this forum if there are any home-remedies which I can incorporate or if there is any exercise/yoga in particular which will help in remedying acidity issues?
