Thanks for spreading awareness. I understand it usually happens when BP is continuously high, right? My neighbour had it 2 years ago, it took almost 6-8 months to get to a situation where he could walk with stick. Even after almost 2 years of medication, precaution, he is not as active / strong as before. Its very important to keep BP in control. Body tells you when its high, ignorance can lead to stroke. Is my understanding right?

Stroke is very difficult, uncertain disease. In many cases it is avoidable. Hence awareness is very important. Sadly it is lacking.
