Difference between Health and Fitness
Health is a state of complete physical , mental and social well being, it’s not only the absence of disease .
A person is said to be healthy when he/she is free by any type of disease, when he/she is mentally happy and when his/her relationships are healthy in society. Fitness is a general state of health and well being or specifically ability to perform aspects of sports or occupationHow to stay healthy.

  1. Measure and watch your weight
  2. Limit unhealthy foods and eat healthy meals
  3. Drink water, stay hydrated and limit sugar beverages
  4. Exercise regularly and be physically active.
  5. Should never skip breakfast and other meal of the day
  6. We should never be in stress and try to avoid mental tensions
  7. We should try to get solution for all problems without getting fed up
  8. Reduce screen time and get enough good sleep
  9. No Alcohol and stay sober
  10. Should regularly do physical, blood etc check-ups at least once a year to make sure the everything thing is normal

      1. Correct. I think person can still be called healthy even if they have some disease, as long as they are able to manage it and keep it in control with means not causing other side effects.

      2. Health is further can be divided in two parts Physical and mental.
        Sometime someone looks Physical fit however may not be mentally fit.
        Some mentally unfit examples may be having frequent anger, unnecessary worries, excessive thoughtful etc..
