Hi, I want to share my health experience on stomach infection, I had last week. Due to stomach infection, I was feeling stomach ache, nausea, due to which I couldn’t eat and I was feeling very week.
To overcome that I took multi-vitamin and had coconut water, juice. Later I learnt that we shouldn’t take these things, it has adverse effect, as body is not ready to digest these, rather we should take only light food, like Khichdi, not even Paranthas. ORS can help to maintain energy levels.
