acne on forehead

Hello, everyone!

I’ve been struggling with acne on my forehead despite the I dont have oily skin, and I’m looking for advice or solutions to help clear it up.  Can anyone recommend effective treatments or skincare routines that have worked for them?

Also, are there any lifestyle changes or dietary adjustments that could help with acne? I’d really appreciate any tips or personal experiences!

  1. Usually acne on forehead are due to stress of some particular issues of life, For eg , exam going students will have acne on forehead which will go by themselves after exams. .So I advise you to be stress free, n follow a healthy routine habits , add plenty of fruits n vegetables in your diet , keep yourself hydrated nn have good sleep.

      1. Its interesting to see how several health problems get linked with Stress. Didn’t imagine, even Acnes are caused by stress.

But any medication to remove these Acnes or just being stress free and wait for auto heal?

          1. Hello! If only it were that easy…😁 being stress free is something we all desire not only for the skin benefits. It can be very challenging to acquire a calmer and more peaceful state of mind.
I would say that the best results come from trying to improve our mental state, but also our diet, sleep schedule and skincare habits.

  2. Hello! Dry skin can also cause acne because it lacks natural moisture, so the skin tries to produce oils. A well known saying in dermatology is that an only skin, as well as a dry skin, needs a moisturiser. So I would recommend you to start with a cleanser in the evening and a moisturiser (look for clean products). In the morning use spf. Avoid sugar and lactate products because they are proinflammatory for the skin.
