  1. Hi, I am 73 years old. I have been facing consultation problem since long time. Sometimes I take medicine Dulkoflex, but sometimes that also doesn’t help. I also ate Papaya, Munnaka. I also took Myrobalan that seems to helping sometimes. Pls suggest a good Ayurveda solution to overcome this problem?

      1. Hi, I think you have a constipatation problem,ie improper evacuation of stools or hard stools ,I suggest
        1. Drink a lot of luke warm water
2.Have plenty of fruits and vegetables
        3 Take milk with ghee
4 Use of castor oil 1 spoon daily
        5. Best ayurvedc solution is to taka Triphala churna and Trikatu Churna which is available in any ayurvedic stores, which helps in stimulating digestion and smooth bowel movements

          1. Thank you.
pls suggest where can I buy original Triphla and Trikatu churna.
And shall I take with water or milk and at what time?

  2. I am suffering from type 1 diabetes for almost 5 and a half years now. I am completely dependent on allopathic insulin. I also feel numbness in my legs and arms most of the time. what are some ayurveda solution to reduce my dependency on insulin and also improve my overall health. and my weight has also significantly increased in last 3 years about 10 to 15 kgs. how can i reverse back this as well?

      1. The truth of type 1 diabetes can be managed with insulin, diet and exercise.
As a treatment wise , i cannot suggest any Ayurvedic medicine without proper investigations and examinations

  3. I am having mild IBS-D and slight breathing issue. Overtime i have consulted several vaidyas and consumed innumerable types of medicines and currently also undergoing treatment. My conditions have improved but one symptom is not going away- ie. Gud-gud abdominal sound and associated breathing issue. Upon analysing, i concluded that it is due to low quality hing (asafoetida) being used in the products, that my condition is not being fully cured. I know that the remaining problem can be solved with the Irani Reddish brown hing (also called hadda hing in India) which has the best medicinal property. The problem is that hing is not used directly but undergoes a shodhana procedure (as per RasaTarangini) which involves frying it in cow ghee. So only purest of it works and presence of any impurity while frying will diminish the medicinal effect. Unfortunately, all traders are supplying adulterated/compounded gum and therefore the end products is having low quality. So i want to know can you suggest any way to get purest form of Irani Hadda hing. (other than to bring it directly from Tabas, Khorasan)

      1. Yours knowledge about Hingu is very fine and correct, you can buy authentic hingu in ayurvedic shops in places such as Sirsi, karkala etc places,
And instead of Hingu , you can use garlic, onion, shunti powder as substitutes .
You can use Chitrakadi vati for your IBS

          1. Mam,
            1. I have tried Chitrakadi Vati, Hinguvachadi, ashta churna, etc and innumerable other medicines of several brands but they are not working for me. And i am 100% sure hing can fully solve my problem.
            2. I have tried almost all major importers in India and also the traders at hathras, mumbai, delhi, etc. All are providing impure hing and also supplying to major ayurveda companies. Only the nukra or kokh hing is pure form but unfortunately it doesnot work for all IBS cases like me. And the irani reddish brown hing paste/dried is being supplied in adulterated state from Iran only. This is very hard to detect and unfortunately no one is taking this matter seriously because of which many patients of IBS like me are not being cured fully. In case you know someone who surely has purest form acquired through some special arrangement, please inform me or if you have it, please provide me. I have proofs of adulteration and presence of foreign gum or mixing of various different types of asafoetida which can be shared through Whatsapp. Another mistake that ayurvedic companies do is that even if they use the reddish hing (of more potent effect), they mention it as Ferula Assafoetida/Foetida but in reality Sweet/Bitter varieties of usual hing is entirely different from the medicinal sweet variety (also called Tabas Sweet Asafoetida) which is perhaps Ferula alliacea. It is extremely unfortunate that such an important issue of serious consequences is not taken care of, which ultimately results in perceived ineffectiveness of Ayurveda. My Whatsapp is 7979803635

              1. Hello sir,
Really you have a very good knowledge of hingu n really appreciate your concern for Ayurvedic drugs, not getting the genuine ayurvedic drugs is the major draw back of Ayurveda, Othe wise IAyurveda does miracles. I will surely try get you the purest form of Hingu .

      1. Ayurveda treatment is definately the best treatment, only thing it works better on chronic diseses rather than acute diseses.
And also when given with geniune ayurvedic drugs. It is not at all overhyped

      1. Tridoshas are not the diseses that we can tell there symptoms, Tridoshas ie Vata , Pitta and Kapha are the biological constituents which help in the normal functioning of the body. These are the one owns individual prakriti or nature of the body which can be assessed by there physical, mental , functional characters. These can be ruled out by some questioners to the Individual, tridoshas concept totally differs the thinking of common man to Ayurveda Vaidya

  4. Hello Mam, Thank you.
I am 45 yrs old, and my hair have fallen a lot. I understand its natural with Age but I think I could have prevented or delayed it by taking some precautions from late 30s or early 40s. Though I started using Allovera , Vit E capsules on hair, along with some spray advised by Dermatologist, growth is very slow.
    2 Queries:
    1. Is it possible to get thick and dense hair back using any Ayurvedic solution or Hair transplant is only option?
    2. For my younger friends, what precaution they should take, starting what age, to prevent or delay Hair loss?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

      1. Hairs are the part of our own body, they should be taken care as we take care of other parts in all ages , not confined to any particular age,
        Some tips
1.Nutrient rich diet and keep yourself hydrated
        2. Washing and Conditioning with natural products
        3 Minimize heat styling
        4 Massage scalp regularly
        5 Avoid stress

      1. Stress significantly impacts nutrition by altering eating behaviours , improper digestion, weight gain etc .
Stress can be managed with balanced diet rich of Magnesium, calcium, fibre, , with lots of fruits and vegetables,
Now a days all r dependent on packed foods so stress is also increasing in all age groups, More the healthier foods, less the stress level

  5. Hello Mam
For the time i remember, I have a bad digestion in general and this has been resulting into persistent acidity, bloating, pot belly, loos of appetite, oral odor, etc.

Is there a good remedy in Ayurveda? though I have been living with this issue for close to 50 yrs now, and i have come to terms with it, but if there is a remedy I would like to try it.

              1. Yours oral odor os due to improper digestion, so take care of your bowel moments, and even you keep gargling with guava leaves decoction regularly,it will definitely remove the bad odour.
Take some leaves of guava plant with sufficient quantity of water n boil, when water get reduced to half the portion you stop boiling n filter , and the filterate can be used for. gargling, and make sure that everytime you should prepare freshly n should use

The kidney stone was operated multiple times, but it gets developed in couple of years again.

Any possibility to stop repetitive stone in kidney permanently via Ayurvedic treatment?

    Thanks.
