Difference between Health and Fitness
Health is a state of complete physical , mental and social well being, it’s not only the absence of disease .
A person is said to be healthy when he/she is free by any type of disease, when he/she is mentally happy and when his/her relationships are healthy in society. Fitness is a general state of health and well being or specifically ability to perform aspects of sports or occupationHow to stay healthy.
- Measure and watch your weight
- Limit unhealthy foods and eat healthy meals
- Drink water, stay hydrated and limit sugar beverages
- Exercise regularly and be physically active.
- Should never skip breakfast and other meal of the day
- We should never be in stress and try to avoid mental tensions
- We should try to get solution for all problems without getting fed up
- Reduce screen time and get enough good sleep
- No Alcohol and stay sober
- Should regularly do physical, blood etc check-ups at least once a year to make sure the everything thing is normal
