the continuous use of near lenses??

Near lenses, also known as reading glasses or near vision spectacles, are typically used for tasks that require close-up vision, such as reading or working on a computer. They are designed to help with presbyopia, a condition that affects most people over the age of 40, where the lens of the eye loses its ability to focus on close objects.

While near lenses are very effective for close-up tasks, they are not ideal for all-day use if you need to see objects at different distances. For example, if you wear near lenses while walking or driving, your distance vision will be blurry. Therefore, it’s important to use them only when needed for near tasks and switch to other types of lenses or no lenses at all for other activities.

If you have specific needs or concerns about your vision, it’s always best to consult with an eye care professional who can provide personalized advice based on your situation.
