Struggle with sleep

Imagine lying in bed every night, exhausted but unable to fall asleep. The clock ticks away, and frustration builds as the world around you seems to rest effortlessly. This was the reality for me.
For months, I battled sleepless nights. Stress and racing thoughts would keep me awake, and when I did sleep, its half sleep with thoughts still running around. I tried all the typical advice: warm milk, cutting caffeine, and even meditation apps. Yet, the cycle continued.

What started to make the biggest difference for me is no screen time 60 mins before the sleep and instead reading some book.
