Hi, I am Chaya, aspiring to be women health champion. I am so excited to be part of Woman Health Community on COCURE platform. I am married and have one girl. I was working in a corporate but had to quit during my pregnancy and haven’t been able to join back yet. In last 2 years or so, I had lot of time but no time for myself, and this started to impact my health.
This led me to reflect deeply on my life and health. In doing so, I began experimenting with small, impactful changes that have not only improved my well-being but also transformed how I approach life. I’m excited to share these experiences with you here every week.
My First Tip: Prioritize Time for Yourself
It’s easy to feel consumed by responsibilities—whether it’s work, parenting, or household tasks. But here’s the truth: dedicating just one hour a day to yourself can work wonders.
• Choose a time when you’re least likely to be interrupted.
• Make it non-negotiable—this hour is solely for YOU.
• Use it to do something that rejuvenates you, whether it’s exercising, reading, meditating, or simply resting.
