Men Skin Care

Great to be part of this initiative.
My top of the mind health concern is my facial skin losing shine. I think Skin is most ignored part of the body for men, at least for me its true. I remember playing, roaming in sun without sun’s cream, seldomly using moisture cream in winter. Eventually, as I turn 45+, my facial skin has begun to damage with dark circle around eyes, brown spots on face.

My belief was not to use chemicals on the face, and I still believe so. However now I have started using organic stuff like Aloe vera, milk, honey on face and I notice slight improvement.
My advice to all around 30-40 age group not to leave skin care unattended. It really feels dull when you loose shine of your face 😊

  1. I agree
Skin is most abused and most ignored body part. Also, people do not realize it until the skin itself makes you realize.

I do agree that today’s skin care products which are mainly chemical based cause a harm in longer run. Good to stick to home remedies.

One thing which I have had a good experiance is Multani Mitti. But that was decades back. Now a days you find Multani Mitti or online stores, but not sure how pure it is.
