Cancer to Healthy people

Friends, this is certainly a great initiative. This makes lot of sense to learn from each other. Let me start my posts with one of the most intriguing questions – how to proactively avoid cancer?
All these years, I have been living health lifestyle – regular exercise, organic and nutritious food etc. However, with growing cases of cancer in India and worldwide, I keep thinking that while I can avoid other usual problems like BP, Sugar, heart diseases etc, I might still get cancer out of nowhere and all gone. Is there really a proven way that we can avoid cancer proactively and definitely?
